Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will assist you in initiating the return process.
b) Return the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected during transit. Include any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials that came with the item. You may be required to cover the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
c) Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.
